Independently developed high-temperature melt adhesive system (temperature control accuracy ± 0.5 ℃), compatible with various hot melt adhesive materials such as EVA, PA, PUR, etc., to solve pain points in industries such as colloid carbonization and wire drawing. Modular design supports spray dispensing, spiral spray, plane scraping and other processes to meet different requirements for sealing, fitting, packaging, etc.

Intelligent production line integration

The equipment integrates PLC control and real-time temperature feedback system, and can be optionally equipped with visual positioning/robot linkage to achieve seamless integration with customer production lines (such as Lifeng Yagao Packaging Printing, well-known enterprises in South Korea such as DENNIS Building Materials KOREA CO., LTD), increasing production capacity by 40%.
